Notification to volunteers and representatives of affiliated organisations of the Annual General Meeting of Totnes and Rural Community Transport to be held on Monday 02 July 2018 7pm at the function room of the Dartmouth Inn 28 Warland Totnes TQ9 5EL
Business to be transacted at the meeting
1. Election of Officers, Committee and Trustees for 2018-2019 – Nominations are invited for the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Members and Trustees of the Charity 2. Report of the Chair of the Charity for 2017/18 3. Report and accounts of the Treasurer of the Charity for 2017/18
Followed by a presentation on future plans for the Charity
Nominations for officers, committee and Trustees require a proposer and a seconder and must be submitted to the service co-ordinator, Lyn Price, in person; by email to; or by post to 14 Follaton Plymouth Road Totnes TQ9 5NB. The deadline for nominations is 7pm on Wednesday 27 June 2018.
Light food refreshments will be on offer. You are encouraged to use the bar facilities at the Dartmouth Inn, who are making the function room available to us at no charge.
