Due to the adverse weather conditions all Bob services are cancelled all day Monday 19th March. We anticipate that services will resume as normal Tuesday 20th March.

SERVICES RESUMED

Following the Bad Weather conditions ALL Bob 1 and Bob 2 services have been resumed as normal from Monday 5th March

Return from Bridgetown will take to straight up Fore St/High st

4.15pm There will be an extra service to Bridgetown from Opp seven start

4.30pm Bus Terminates at Fore St 4.30pm

ALL SERVICES CANCELLED

All Bob the Bus services have been cancelled from 12pm Wednesday 28th Feb. No services will run Thursday 1st March. This is due to snow in the area and the driving conditions in some area’s of our routes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope (weather dependent) to resume services Friday 2nd March.

BOB 1 CIRCULAR SERVICE TO BRIDGETOWN – ROUTE CHANGE FROM 5th MARCH 2018

We have decided to make some changes to the Bob 1 circular route to Bridgetown. These changes are in response to increased passengers at 3.45 from the station.

This means there will be an extra service to Bridgetown from Opp seven stars at 4.15pm Mon to Fri

Bob will be providing a shuttle bus from Opp seven stars to Sharpham Approx every 20 mins this Sunday

Bob will be providing a PARK AND RIDE service from the South Devon Steiner school to Kevicc and from Totnes Town Centre (opp seven stars and the market square) to Kevicc Times: 10am until 11.30pm Approx Every 30 minutes

Route – STEINER CAR PARK – A384 – Shinners Bridge (Dartington) – A385 – Kevicc – Sation Rd – Opp seven stars – High st – weston by pass – Kevicc

Bob will also provide a half hourly  SHUTTLE BUS from both Follaton and Bridgetown to Kevicc. Times 10am until 1pm and 9pm until 11.30pm. Approx Every 30 mins

Route – FOLLATON SHOP – Plymouth Rd – Kevicc – Station Rd – Opp seven stars – Higher westonfields – DUKES RD – Lansdowne Park – Parkers Way – Kevicc

HAIL AND RIDE – You can stop Bob anywhere on the route by giving him a wave

Bob has been incredibly busy over the summer months. Some of the highlights…..

Passenger numbers on the weekly service buses have increased to over 3000 each month !

More people have been using our round town fare to help them get up the hill or to take a short ride from the train station into town.

Bob is attracting more fare paying passengers as well as bus pass users

Bob supported the Seachange festival, bringing people from the Campsite at Dartington to the various music venues in the town. This is the festivals 2nd year and what a fabulous event for the town!

Park and Ride was provided for the Totnes Show from Paignton Rd and Totnes. Another great event with lots of visitors despite the wet weather !

Bob took pride of place  at the front of the Totnes Pride procession and a park and ride service from Kevicc to the town. Sponsoring Totnes Pride again this year and celebrating diversity !

Transport hire for community groups has increased this summer, too many to list here ! Supporting local schools and community organisations with trips to various places in the south west

Bobs Travel Club has taken its members to Eden, Tiverton Canal, Dartmoor Zoo, House of Marbles, Devon County Show, Toby Bucklands Flower show, Taunton Flower show, Exmouth Cruise, Widecombe, Bodmin and Wenford railway.

We are looking forward to providing transport for a new Music festival Golden Iris. An event happening on 6th/7th Oct. You can read about it and buy tickets HERE
